Deftones Return to Australia & New Zealand in May 2026

Live Nation has announced that multi-platinum, GRAMMY® Award-winning Sacramento band Deftones will bring their immersive, genre-bending live show back down under for a run of explosive headline arena dates, their first in nearly a decade, with special guests Interpol and Ecca Vandal. Deftones have long cultivated one of alternative rock’s most loyal fanbases, known for fusing sheer heaviness with cinematic atmosphere.

The tour kicks off in Sydney with two nights at Qudos Bank Arena on Saturday 2 May and Sunday 3 May, before heading to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Wednesday 6 May. Melbourne follows with two shows at Rod Laver Arena on Saturday 9 May and Sunday 10 May, wrapping up at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Wednesday 13 May.

General public tickets go on sale at 2pm on Friday 21 November.

Mastercard cardholders have special access to presale tickets in Australia. Mastercard presale starts 1pm Tuesday 18 November and ends 1pm Thursday 20 November. Plus, preferred ticket access to some of the best tickets are available from 2pm Friday 21 November. Check out here for details.

Eligible Westpac New Zealand customers with a Westpac New Zealand Mastercard have special access to presale tickets starting from 1pm Tuesday 18 November until 1pm Thursday 20 November.
